Our Comprehensive Overhaul Process
- Dismantling & Inspection: Complete teardown of the actuator to physically inspect for corrosion, mechanical damage, and scored shafts.
- Seal & Soft Goods Renewal: Replacement of all seals, gaskets, O-rings, and packings to eliminate fluid bypass and prevent environmental contamination.
- Component Restoration: Precise repair or reconditioning of internal pistons, cylinder bores, and rack-and-pinion assemblies to maintain high torque and stable pressure.
- Cleaning & Surface Treatment: Removal of oil, grease, and marine growth followed by protective coating or painting to resist future saltwater corrosion.
- Functional & Load Testing: Post-overhaul simulations and true load testing to verify 0–100% stroke accuracy and ensure the unit can withstand high-pressure marine operations (up to 4,000+ psi).

- Cargo Tanks: Maintaining the high power density required to operate large butterfly and gate valves for oil and chemical transfers.
- Ballast Tanks: Ensuring rapid and accurate valve responses for stabilization and draft management, even when actuators are submerged up to 30 meters.
